We have deliberately opted for short decision-making paths and direct collaboration. What matters to us is that we understand your goals, content and workflows and develop a suitable digital solution from them.

You talk directly to the people who advise on and implement your project. We involve additional specialists in a targeted way and familiarise them with the requirements and previous decisions.

The permanent core is formed by our experienced experts for TYPO3, front-end development and digital design. They accompany the central project phases and, where possible, remain involved in the transition to ongoing operation.

We document decisions and technical processes so that the project knowledge is also available to the other participants.

Experienced freelancers are an integral part of our collaboration. We have been working with many of them for years and involve them depending on the task and the capacity required.

This allows us to involve further skills in a targeted way without having to reorganise the collaboration for every project. We make transparent to you who is involved and who takes on which task.

For larger projects or temporary additional needs, we work with selected partner agencies. We agree their involvement with you in advance.

Central project management and coordination remain with HMH. This way you continue to have a dedicated contact, even if several specialists are involved.

Depending on the starting point, we look after hosting and technical infrastructure via suitable hosting partners or within your existing environment. We clarify responsibilities, necessary access rights and escalation paths at the start of the collaboration.

In the event of a technical fault, we take over coordination and involve hosting providers or your internal IT if necessary. HMH remains your central contact.

Your central contacts remain as constant as possible across the project phases. When additional specialists join, we take care of their involvement and pass on the previous requirements and decisions.

We accompany many of our projects for several years after publication as well. The knowledge built up about your system, your content and your processes makes it easier to classify new requirements and develop them further in a targeted way – in the project as well as in maintenance and support.

As a TYPO3 partner for agencies.

We also support other agencies in implementing their client projects: with TYPO3 development in the front end and back end, web design, concept and digital accessibility. On request, we work as a white-label partner in the background.

We jointly agree which tasks we take on and how coordination with your client takes place. You retain client management and have a dedicated contact with us. Depending on the project, we bill on the basis of an agreed fixed price or by effort.

We work with design, brand and digital agencies both on individual projects and over several years. We agree public mention of the collaboration with you in advance.

Do you need support with TYPO3 development, design or accessibility? Send us a short description of the task and your time frame. We discuss the division of work with you and clarify when we have capacity for your project.

What agencies usually ask us before working together.

Yes. On request, we take on TYPO3 development in the background under your agency's name. We agree in advance whether we work exclusively with you or also directly with your client. We can add a confidentiality agreement on request.

We support TYPO3 development in the front end and back end – for example implementing your design, custom extensions, interfaces and migrations. We can also take on web design, concept as well as testing and technically improving accessibility. After the start, we continue to look after the website on request.

We clarify the possible start based on the project status and our capacities. After a short description of the task, time frame and existing documents, we get back to you promptly. For running systems, we look at source code, extensions and server environment before we commit to the takeover.

For clearly defined requirements at a fixed price, for open scope by effort with regular coordination. The quote is addressed to you as the agency, not to your end client; how you pass on our service is up to you.

We check existing websites for barriers and support design, technical implementation and editorial questions. We then check the adjustments made. Together we define which tasks your agency takes on and which lie with us.

Technical testing and implementation are based on the requirements and standards agreed for the project. Our work does not replace legal advice on the applicability of the BFSG or on your client's obligations.
