Plan, design, develop, support. With TYPO3 as a stable foundation.
We design, develop and support TYPO3 websites for small and medium-sized companies as well as for larger organisations. You can commission us to build a new website, take over an existing system or make a single improvement.
Web design, development and project management work directly together. You do not need to bring a finished concept: we clarify with you what your website should achieve and which steps are needed for that.
First the structure, then the technology.
This principle applies to all six of our service areas – regardless of whether a new project is starting or an existing system is to be developed further.
At the beginning, we look at the current state together: Who uses the platform? Which content is actually needed? Who maintains it? And which processes have to work in the system?
This preparation takes time, but saves unnecessary corrections later. Many problems do not arise during programming, but from unclear responsibilities, content maintained twice or features whose benefit is not clearly established.
The preparation depends on the task. For a clearly defined change, we agree the necessary details directly with you. For larger projects, joint workshops can make sense, in which we work out goals, content and processes with those involved. We agree the scope and costs of such workshops in advance.
An important part of the concept is prioritisation. Together we distinguish:
- What is needed for the first step?
- What can sensibly follow later?
- What can we do without?
If the effort for a feature is not in reasonable proportion to its benefit, we tell you before you invest in it. Requirements that are initially postponed are recorded in a shared roadmap. That way they are not lost and can be re-evaluated later.
A clear idea of goal and scope is part of every project. How detailed the concept has to be depends on the task. Separate workshops or extensive concept services are recorded in the quote with scope and costs.
How a project runs with us.
Four steps underlie every project, even if they are called differently and need different amounts of room depending on the task. Who decides when is agreed beforehand, and you do not have to ask us what comes next.
Clarify
Every project starts with a kick-off meeting, in which goals, target groups, content and the technical framework are calmly put on the table, as well as your wishes and the topics that matter to you. The result is a shared vision that you approve, and an assessment of what is realistic in which order.
Develop the concept
Structure, user guidance and platform are defined. We record decisions in writing, including the reasons. That way it is still clear months later why something was built the way it was.
Implement
We implement in manageable stages, and after each stage you see something that works. We raise risks early, even if they are unpleasant.
Operate and develop further
On request, we continue to look after your website after launch: with updates, technical monitoring and support with questions. We agree scope and procedures with you.
The project management is transparent and reliable, implementation was always on schedule, and the pricing is fair and transparent at all times.
It does not always have to be a relaunch.
Different tasks. Suitable support.
Frequently asked questions
What clients want to know before the first conversation.
Here we answer questions that frequently reach us before a collaboration. If your question is not among them, please contact us directly.
Yes, because not every project begins with a relaunch. Often the entry point is an assessment, a version upgrade or the takeover of operation. A single measure is equally possible, such as a training session, a GDPR check or a review of your AI visibility. A clearly defined first step is a good way to judge whether the collaboration is a good fit for both sides.
That depends on your goals and the existing system. Sometimes design is in the foreground, sometimes a technical version upgrade or improving accessibility. Not every project needs all six service areas to the same extent. After the first conversation, we give you an assessment of which steps are necessary, which complement each other sensibly and what can wait for now.
Yes, we have deliberately specialised in TYPO3. Our managing director has been working with the system since his training in 2008; the team combines more than 30 years of TYPO3 experience. This experience helps us develop solutions that remain easy to support and extend in the long term. Before every project, we check whether TYPO3 fits your requirements. If a simpler solution makes more sense, we tell you openly.
Yes. We check your concept for the technical requirements and discuss open questions or sensible additions with you. Building on this, we plan the implementation.
Tobias Preis is your central contact and accompanies your project from the first coordination to ongoing support. For technical questions, we involve the responsible colleagues directly. This way you can clarify details with the people who work on them, while coordination comes together with one dedicated contact.
For a TYPO3 relaunch, you should generally expect a budget starting at 10,000 euros net. The actual effort depends, among other things, on design, content, interfaces and editorial requirements. With a clearly limited scope, smaller budgets can also be sufficient in individual cases.
Individual services such as search engine optimisation, accessibility, updates or training are calculated independently of this according to the respective scope. Feel free to describe your project to us – in the first conversation we clarify together which support makes sense and which budget range fits.
For implementation, we offer you a fixed-price quote or a quote based on time and materials with an effort estimate, and for ongoing maintenance of your website a support contract on request.
Our assessment is based on the task, not on a list of packages. If a budget is fixed, we work the other way round: we tell you what can sensibly be implemented within it and what cannot.
Depending on the agreement, we bill effort monthly, after project completion or within support contracts. We do not offer payment by instalments or financing.
Yes, for us data protection is part of concept and implementation, not of rework. At the start, we check which external integrations a website really needs: we deliver fonts and scripts from our own server; maps, videos and other services requiring consent are only integrated after consent or omitted. Forms only collect what is necessary for the purpose; for AI features, we make sure processing takes place within Europe and that a data processing agreement is in place.
We compile the technical facts for your privacy policy. We do not provide the legal assessment; that lies with your data protection officer or your legal advisers, with whom we are happy to coordinate directly.
Yes, we regularly work with internal IT departments and existing hosting providers. If your server environment is suitable, we continue to support the website there. A move to our servers is not a prerequisite.
At the start, we agree responsibilities and the access required for maintenance, updates and troubleshooting. Especially with connected specialist systems, we record who takes on which tasks and how we coordinate changes.
It starts with a clear conversation.
Discuss your project with us. In the free initial consultation, we clarify your goals, the starting point and the next steps. A short description is enough; a finished concept is not necessary.
